Since 2005
About IALOT
Over twenty years of work in the Algarve
IALOT was founded in 2005 by Anatolie Catan. Moldovan by birth and Algarvian by choice, he arrived in Portugal in the late 1990s, working for other companies for a few years before establishing his own business.
The name is the founder's first name spelled backwards, featuring a minor accidental typo that time has made permanent.
From the outset, the focus has been on steady, quality-driven growth, ranging from home renovations and refurbishments to building residential and commercial spaces from scratch across the Algarve and southern Portugal.
Every phase of the project is handled by dedicated specialists, many of whom are long-term partners of over fifteen years, supported by fully compliant contracts, insurance, and official licenses.
If it's not five-star quality, it's not worth doing. I always give my absolute best.
